I would like to express my disappointment regarding the response I received when I requested assistance with the transportation of my iPad to the airport. Since I have not used the hotel’s transportation service for pick-up or drop-off, I thought it would be reasonable to ask for this small favor. However, I was first informed that the charge would be 4,000 rupees, and later it was reduced to 2,000 rupees just to have my iPad delivered. As a guest who stayed at your hotel for a full week, and who also paid for my stay from February 25 to 28 despite checking out on February 26 without requesting any refund, I find this response very disappointing. I had expected a more considerate approach, especially given my patronage. I sincerely hope you take this feedback into account, as customer experience plays a crucial role in guest satisfaction and future recommendations. Best regards,
